"Lassie vs. Selassie"

FYC: "Lassie vs. Selassie" - Having seen the miserable conditions of other working dogs in her native USA, the heroic sheep dog defects to the Soviet Union to volunteer her services to Marxist regimes - her first mission  is to help recapture and execute the former Ethipoian emperor who has escaped the clutches of the brutal Derg, before he can be smuggled out of the country by a disorganised yet enthusiastic Rastafarian commando team who ironically wish to repatriate him to Jamaica.
